- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add the dried butterfly pea flowers. Let steep for about 10 minutes until the water turns a vibrant blue.
- Strain the liquid into a pitcher to remove the flowers.
