- 2 lbs crab legs (king or snow)
- 1–2 inches of water
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic (optional)
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Melted butter for dipping
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with 1-2 inches of water and bring to a boil.
- Place a steamer basket or colander inside, ensuring it does not touch the water.
- Add crab legs, cover with a lid, and steam for 6-8 minutes (snow crab) or 8-10 minutes (king crab).
- Remove with tongs, serve hot with melted butter and lemon wedges.
