- 4 oz (120 ml) Prosecco (dry or extra-dry)
- 1 oz (30 ml) soda water

- 2 lime slices
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Prepare the Glass
Start with a large wine glass filled with ice cubes to keep the drink perfectly chilled. - Add the Elderflower Liqueur
Pour 2 ounces of elderflower liqueur into the glass. This step sets the foundation for the drink’s sweet and floral flavor. - Top with Prosecco and Soda Water
Gently add 4 ounces of Prosecco and 1 ounce of soda water to the glass. Pour slowly to preserve the bubbles. - Garnish with Mint and Lime
Add 5-6 fresh mint leaves and 2 slices of lime to the glass for a refreshing aroma and citrusy tang. - Stir and Serve
