- 1 jar (24 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 package (9 oz) oven-ready lasagna noodles
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables: Sauté zucchini, bell pepper, and spinach in a pan until tender.
- Mix the cheese filling: Combine ricotta, egg, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the lasagna: Layer sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, and sautéed vegetables.
- Repeat and finish with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

- Bake: Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 50 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes.
