    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    • ½ cup mini pepperoni (or chopped regular pepperoni)
    • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil (optional)

  2. Prepare the Batter:
